Insurance Policy

We proudly accept PPO dental insurance plans from many leading providers, including Aetna, Ameritas, Anthem, Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, Lincoln Financial, MetLife, Mutual of Omaha, Principal, and UnitedHealthcare. Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits and will work directly with your insurance provider to make sure you receive the maximum coverage available for your child’s care.

Your dental insurance is provided through your employer, and the level of coverage is determined by the plan they have selected. While we do everything we can to help you use your benefits to the fullest, we never want insurance limitations to stand in the way of the care your child truly needs. We believe in personalized, family-centered dentistry and always strive to offer treatment options that align with your values, your budget, and your child’s long-term oral health.

Because insurance companies often place restrictions on how care is delivered, we are making thoughtful changes to ensure we can continue practicing dentistry the right way — with your child’s best interest at the center. As of February 28, 2023, we are no longer in-network with Zelis, and as of April 1, 2023, we are no longer in-network with Florida Combined Life and FEP Blue. Even though we may be out of network with these providers, you can still be seen in our office and continue to use your insurance benefits, though some plans may involve additional out-of-pocket costs depending on how your employer’s plan is structured.

We always provide treatment plans with insurance estimates based on the information we receive from you and your insurance company. Any portion not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility. Above all, you can feel confident that we will always recommend the care your child needs based on what is best for their health — not on what an insurance company allows. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality dental care and help every child achieve a healthy, confident smile.

Need Dental Financing?

We offer dental financing through CareCredit and Sunbit for dental procedures and services that are not covered by your dental insurance.
