Payment is due at the time services are provided. If you need a payment plan, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. We understand how important your child’s smile is, and we’re committed to helping families access the care they need.

Cancellation Policy

• Smile Check-Ups
  Regular visits are an important part of keeping your child’s smile healthy and growing properly. During these appointments, our doctors monitor eruption patterns, growth, and development while our hygiene team provides thorough preventive care. Staying consistent with check-ups helps reduce the risk of cavities and can prevent the need for more extensive dental treatment in the future.
• Pre-Appointing
  We encourage families to schedule the next Smile Check-Up before leaving the office. This helps secure preferred appointment times, especially early mornings and late afternoons.
• Emergencies
  Dental emergencies can happen at any time, which is why one of our doctors is always on call. If you need urgent assistance, please call our Middleburg office at or our Jacksonville office at to receive the emergency pager number.
• Cancellations
  We understand that illness and unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. For non-emergency changes, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another child in need of care.
